Saving Pages to Your Brain
Turn anything you read online into memory your agents can use. The Brain tab, the right-click menu, and a keyboard shortcut all funnel into the right brain (User, Company, Customer, Agent, or Campaign).
When you stumble on something worth keeping (an article, a quote, a reference link), Vibey Mini sends it straight into your Brain. No copy-paste, no upload step.
Three Ways to Save
| Entry point | Best for |
|---|---|
| Brain tab in the sidebar | When you want control over scope, target brain, and what gets saved |
| Right-click menu | When you just want to save the current page or a selection without opening the sidebar |
Using the Brain Tab
Open the sidebar, switch to the Brain tab.
Pick your account
If you're part of an organization, choose which workspace the saved content belongs to. Personal accounts skip this.
Pick the target brain
Five options:
- User Brain personal context available to all your agents
- Company Brain how the org operates, available to every org agent
- Customer Brain real signals from contacts and customer interactions
- Agent Brain expertise for one specific agent (shown by agent name)
- Campaign Brain everything about a specific project
Pick what to capture
Three modes:
- Link just the URL and title
- Selection whatever text you have highlighted on the page
- Article the cleaned, readable article text (works on blog posts, news, docs, anything with a readable main body)
Send to brain queue
Click Send to brain queue. The capture is queued and processed in the background. You will see it appear in your Brain within a few minutes.
Using the Right-Click Menu
Right-click anywhere on a page to see two options:
| Menu item | Appears when | What it sends |
|---|---|---|
| Send selection to your Brain | You have highlighted some text | Just your selection, scoped to the brain you last used in the sidebar |
| Send page link to your Brain | Right-clicking the page or frame | The page URL and title |
The capture goes to the brain you last selected in the sidebar. If you have not set one, it defaults to User Brain.
Want to save a specific quote to a specific Agent Brain? Open the sidebar first, switch to that agent's brain in the Brain tab, then go back to the page and right-click. The selection goes to that target.
The Three Capture Modes (When to Use Each)
| Mode | Example use |
|---|---|
| Link | Quickly bookmark a reference. "This competitor's pricing page is worth remembering" |
| Selection | Capture a specific quote. "This one paragraph about their ICP is gold" |
| Article | Save the whole readable article for your agents to reference. "Read this long-form interview and save it to my Brain" |
What Your Agents Do With It
Everything you save is indexed for semantic search. When an agent works on a relevant task, they find what you have saved automatically:
- A copywriter writing for a campaign pulls from that Campaign Brain
- Any agent answering a question about you pulls from your User Brain
- Customer-facing agents pull tagged customer signals from your Customer Brain
- A specialist working in their domain pulls from their own Agent Brain
- Every org agent reads from the Company Brain for org context

Checking the Queue
After a send, the capture goes through processing: fetching, cleaning, chunking, embedding. This takes seconds to a few minutes depending on length.
The main app shows a full import-jobs queue in the Brain settings. Vibey Mini focuses on fast capture. To check or troubleshoot a specific save, jump to the main app.
Limits
- 200 captures per session, soft cap. Vibey Mini throttles repeated captures of the same URL to avoid duplicates.
- Very long articles get processed the same way. No hard length limit, but very large captures take longer to appear.
- PDFs and non-HTML content are not captured by the sidebar. Upload those directly in the main app's Brain settings.
- Private pages behind logins capture the HTML as it appears to you. If a page redirects you to a login, only the login page is captured.
