The Campaign Panel (Legacy)
The campaign panel in Team chat has been replaced by Spaces. Here is what moved where.
What Happened
The right-rail "campaign panel" that used to sit next to Team chat has been replaced. Its tabs and surfaces moved into Spaces, the workspace concept that now holds everything related to a campaign's day-to-day work.
Inside a Space you get the same surfaces in a much richer form: 29 view types, in-Space channels, flows, and a unified Docs library.
Where Each Tab Moved
| Old Campaign Panel Tab | New Home |
|---|---|
| Artifacts | The matching artifact Views (Funnels, Offers, Ads, Emails, Presentations, etc.) inside the Space |
| Dashboard | The Reporting views (Campaign Overview, Funnel Analytics, Email Analytics, Ads Performance, Finance Overview) inside the Space |
| Leads | The Contacts view inside the Space |
| Media | The Media view inside the Space |
| Schedule | The Calendar view inside the Space, or the Social Posts view for content scheduling |
| Settings | The Space settings panel plus the Campaign settings page |
What Still Lives at the Campaign Level
Campaigns remain useful as containers for strategy and shared brain context, even though day-to-day work happens inside Spaces.
| Concept | Lives at |
|---|---|
| North Star strategy (Result, Purpose, Strategy, Off-Limits) | Campaign |
| Campaign Brain | Campaign |
| One or more Spaces grouped together | Campaign |
| Deliverables tied to missions in the campaign | The Space where the mission ran (also visible in the Campaign Deliverables tab) |
How to Recreate Your Old Workflow
If you used the old campaign panel for:
- Reviewing all artifacts in a campaign open the campaign's primary Space and add the artifact views you care about (Funnels, Offers, Emails, etc.)
- Seeing leads add the Contacts view to the Space
- Tracking media add the Media view to the Space
- Managing the schedule add the Calendar view (or use the dedicated Social Posts view for content)
- Quick campaign KPIs add the Campaign Overview Reporting view
You can have all of these in one Space, or split them across multiple Spaces if different teams work on different parts of the campaign.
