Named System Agents
Vibey ships with three built-in agents you cannot remove: Vibey (CEO), Atlas (Brain Scholar), and Jaime (HR). Here is what each one does and when to talk to them.
The Three Always-On Agents
Some agents are part of the platform from day one. They are not hired from the library, you do not pay extra for them, and they cannot be removed.
| Agent | Role | When to talk to them |
|---|---|---|
| Vibey | CEO | Anytime. The default agent on Home, planning missions, running Autopilot |
| Atlas | Brain Scholar | When you want to know what your workspace knows, or to maintain the Brain |
| Jaime | HR | When you need to build a new agent or understand team gaps |
Vibey (CEO)
Vibey is the agent at the top of your team. She is the one you talk to on Home, the one that plans missions, the one that delegates to specialists.
Vibey's responsibilities:
- Plan missions and break them into subtasks
- Delegate subtasks to the right specialist agents
- Coordinate work across multiple agents
- Run Autopilot, taking autonomous action against your North Star
- Send you the daily digest
Talk to Vibey when:
- You are starting something new and not sure who should do it
- You want to delegate a multi-step outcome
- You need a status check on operations
- You want to brainstorm strategy or direction
The composer on Home opens a conversation with Vibey by default. Vibey is also available inside every Space's chat.
Atlas (Brain Scholar)
Atlas is the agent that maintains every brain in your workspace. He is your knowledge librarian.
Atlas's responsibilities:
- Crystallize memories across every brain
- Build and maintain Cortex Max libraries
- Surface gaps in your knowledge
- Answer questions about what your workspace knows
- Ingest Fathom and Fireflies meetings into the right brain
- Surface emergent customer avatars from the Customer Brain
Talk to Atlas when:
- You want to know "what does the brain know about X?"
- You want to capture a decision or insight directly into a brain
- You want him to crystallize recent memories
- You want a gap report on the Brain
- A meeting just ended and you want him to process it
Open the Brain page and click the Talk to Atlas voice trigger in the bottom dock. Or chat with Atlas in text from the Team page.

Jaime (HR)
Jaime is the agent that builds your AI team. You describe a role in plain English. Jaime designs the agent's identity, role, brain, skills, tools, and access, then creates it.
Jaime's responsibilities:
- Interview you about what kind of agent you need
- Propose a role, personality, and skill set
- Create the agent with full doctrine (identity, role, soul, tools)
- Run team gap analyses ("HR Insights") on your existing team
- Recommend who to hire next based on your campaigns and goals
Talk to Jaime when:
- You realize work is piling up and you need another agent
- You want to know who your next hire should be
- A mission keeps failing because no one on the team is the right fit
- You want to redesign an existing agent's role or skills
Open Jaime from the Team page. The full hiring workflow is in Hiring with Jaime.
Why These Three
Every workspace needs a coordinator, a librarian, and a recruiter. Vibey, Atlas, and Jaime cover those three jobs out of the box so you can immediately start building specialists for the rest.
Levels and Hierarchy
The three named agents sit at different levels of the team:
| Agent | Level | Effect |
|---|---|---|
| Vibey | C-Level | Can plan missions, delegate across the whole team, run Autopilot |
| Atlas | Manager | Maintains brains, scoped to knowledge operations |
| Jaime | Manager | Builds agents, scoped to team operations |
Every specialist you hire (copywriter, analyst, developer, etc.) is an Employee level. They execute within their domain.
Can I Customize Them?
You can change Vibey's communication channel preferences and Autopilot settings.
You can train Atlas with reference content about how you want your brains organized.
You can give Jaime context about your business so she designs agents tailored to your operation (her brain reads the User Brain and Company Brain).
You cannot delete them, rename them, or replace them. They are part of the platform.
