Agent Brain
Give each agent specialized expertise by training their personal brain with the best content in their field.
The Agent Brain is personal to one agent. While the User Brain is about you, the Company Brain is about your organization, the Customer Brain is about your customers, and the Campaign Brain is about a specific project, the Agent Brain is about being the best at one specific role.
The idea: give your agent the best of the best in their field. If it is a copywriter, feed it the top copywriters' work. If it is an analyst, the best research frameworks. The agent learns to perform at that level.
What to Upload
Think about what would make this agent world-class at their role:
| Agent Role | Brain Content |
|---|---|
| Copywriter | Top copywriters' portfolios, swipe files, proven headline formulas, ad breakdowns |
| Content Producer | Expert video tutorials, production frameworks, scripting templates |
| Social Media | Viral post breakdowns, platform-specific best practices, engagement case studies |
| Brand Manager | Award-winning brand guidelines, design trend reports, brand strategy frameworks |
| Analyst | Research methodologies, analysis frameworks, report templates, benchmarks |
| Developer | Architecture patterns, coding standards, documentation templates |
| Customer Support | Response templates, tone guidelines, escalation frameworks |
| Finance / CFO | Financial modeling frameworks, reporting standards, KPI definitions |
| Sales | Discovery question frameworks, objection handling scripts, top performer call transcripts |
How to Train an Agent's Brain
Open the agent
Go to the Team page and select the agent you want to train.
Open their Brain
On the Brain page, pick that agent in the scope picker. Or open the agent's profile and navigate to their Brain section.
Upload expert content
Drop in YouTube videos, PDFs, articles, frameworks. Anything that represents excellence in their field.
Let it process
The Brain automatically extracts key principles, techniques, and patterns. Wait for processing to complete.
Review what was extracted
Check the knowledge nodes. You will see extracted concepts, frameworks, and techniques. Delete anything that is not relevant or accurate.
Managing Agent Brain Content
Search
Search the agent's brain to find specific knowledge by topic or keyword.
Delete
- Delete individual memories that are not relevant
- Delete a source to remove all knowledge extracted from one upload
Copy and Move
- Copy knowledge from any other brain into an agent's brain
- Move knowledge between brains when it belongs somewhere else
Knowledge Graph
Each agent's brain has its own graph visualization showing sources and the entries extracted from them. See how knowledge connects and identify gaps.
Brains That Do Not Exist Yet
Not every agent on your team will have a brain on day one. The Brain scope picker shows two lists:
- Agents with a brain these have been activated and are ready to train
- Agents without a brain yet these need their brain activated first
Activate an agent's brain from their profile to start training them.
The Payoff
An agent with a trained Brain produces fundamentally different output:
Without Agent Brain: Generic content that follows basic patterns anyone could produce.
With Agent Brain trained on top performers: Content that follows proven structures, uses advanced techniques from the best in the field, and demonstrates real expertise.
The time investment is minimal: uploading a video or document takes seconds. The quality difference compounds with every task.
