Campaign Dashboard

Your campaign's command center: missions, team, knowledge, strategy, deliverables, finance, and settings, all in one place.

Your Campaign Hub

Every campaign has its own dashboard. Click a campaign to see everything happening inside it. The dashboard has up to six tabs, and you can configure which ones are visible in Settings.

The Tabs

Missions

Your mission control for this campaign. Shows:

  • Mission status overview with counts for each status: Inbox, Planning, Todo, In Progress, Review, Blocked, Done
  • Completions chart showing finished missions over time (bar, area, line, or pie), filterable by time range (24h to 90 days)
  • Quick capture to create new missions directly with title, priority, and attachments
  • Mission list or kanban board with status filters, priority filters, search, and sort
  • Click any mission to open its detail with subtasks, deliverables, activity timeline, and comments

Team

The agents assigned to this campaign. Only assigned agents can execute missions for this campaign.

  • Grid view shows agent cards with avatar, name, role, and theme badge
  • Details view expands each card to show what the agent is currently working on and their recently completed missions
  • Manage your Team opens the team management modal to add or remove agents

Different campaigns can have different teams. A copywriter with wellness-focused skills on one campaign, and a copywriter with technical writing skills on another. The team assignment controls who does the work.

Your campaign's brain and strategic directives. Split into three sections:

Click any asset to preview it, or open the theme editor to configure your brand identity.

Agent Access

A matrix showing which agents have access to which knowledge domains. Read-only view of how knowledge is distributed across your team.

Deliverables

Everything your agents have produced for this campaign. When agents finish mission subtasks, their outputs land here.

  • Search, sort, and toggle between grid and list view
  • Preview any deliverable directly (documents, images, videos, PDFs)
  • Add to Campaign Brain to feed great deliverables back into the Campaign Brain so future work builds on past success
  • Download or copy deliverables

Finance

Revenue tracking and commerce management for this campaign. This tab is hidden by default and can be enabled in Settings.

  • Revenue overview with metrics and time range filtering
  • Revenue chart showing trends over time
  • Products from Stripe with create/edit/detail management
  • Payment links for direct sales
  • Coupons for promotions and discounts

Settings

Campaign configuration:

  • Tab visibility - Choose which tabs appear in the campaign navigation. At least one must stay visible.
  • Danger zone - Delete the campaign (requires typing the campaign name to confirm)

Custom Views and Reporting

For richer, day-to-day workflows, create a Space for this campaign and add the views you need: Lists, Boards, Calendars, Contacts, Media, Funnels, Emails, Ads, plus Reporting views (Campaign Overview, Funnel Analytics, Email Analytics, Ads Performance, Finance Overview).

Spaces give you 29 view types and let agents work in the same place humans do. The Campaign Dashboard tabs above remain useful for a quick top-level snapshot; the Space is where the team actually operates.
