Talking to Vibey

Vibey is the agent at the top of your team. The default agent on Home, the one that plans missions, the one you talk to when you need to think and build.

Where You Talk to Vibey

There are three places to start a conversation with Vibey:

Inside a SpaceTied to the Space's context (campaign, brain, artifacts). Use the Space's chat rail or a channel where Vibey is a member.
Direct on Team pageOpen Vibey from the Team page for a focused conversation when you want to think with her specifically.

Most days you will start in the Home composer.

What You Can Send

Vibey understands much more than text:

  • Text describe what you need, ask questions, give feedback
  • URLs drop a website link and Vibey analyzes it: "Hey, check mybusiness.com and learn everything about them"
  • Documents upload PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets
  • Videos drop a Loom recording or video file. Vibey watches it, transcribes the audio, and works with the content
  • Images share screenshots, designs, reference material
  • Artifacts attach an existing offer, funnel, or document so Vibey can iterate on it

The more context you give upfront, the better the output. Do not just say "write me an ad." Say "Here is our offer document, here is the landing page, here is who we are targeting, write me a Facebook ad that speaks to their biggest fear."

At the bottom of the chat, you will see quick-action chips for common tasks:

You do not have to use these chips. You can always just type what you need. But they are a fast way to kick off common workflows.

Conversations and Spaces

Every conversation lives inside a Space. There are a few ways this gets decided:

  • From Home with no destination picked: the conversation lands in your Personal Space
  • From Home with a Space picked in the Send to picker: the conversation lands in that Space
  • From inside a Space: the conversation belongs to that Space
  • From the Team page: you pick the Space (or default to Personal) for the conversation

When a conversation is in a Space, Vibey pulls:

  • The Space's items, docs, channels, and artifacts as context
  • The Campaign Brain for the Space's campaign (if any)
  • Your User Brain and the org's Company Brain
  • The Customer Brain when relevant
  • The agent's own Agent Brain

Any artifacts Vibey creates (offers, funnels, ads, documents) are saved to that Space.

Great First Prompts

Not sure what to say? Try these:

  • "Here is my business, [describe it]. What is the best strategy to reach [goal]?"
  • "Check [website URL] and tell me what you would improve about their positioning"
  • "I have this video, [upload]. Break down the key points and turn them into 5 LinkedIn posts"
  • "What team do I need to execute a full content operation for my business?" (Vibey will route you to Jaime for the hires)
  • "Research our top 5 competitors and build a comparison document with pricing, features, and positioning"
  • "Analyze our Q2 revenue data and create a report with trends and recommendations"
  • "Here is our complete pipeline. How can you help me execute this?"
  • "Plan a mission to launch our new offer by Friday"

When to Chat vs Send a Mission

Chat directly when you want to be hands-on. You are brainstorming, refining, giving feedback in real time. You are steering the conversation.

Send a Mission when you want to hand something off. You describe the end result, and the team figures out how to get there.

Vibey can detect when a chat turns into a delegate-worthy outcome and proposes a mission plan inline. Approve to delegate, or keep chatting if you prefer hands-on.

Vibey is the CEO. For deeper expertise in a specific role, talk to the right specialist:

  • Atlas for anything about what your brains know
  • Jaime for anything about your team and hiring
  • Your specialist agents (copywriter, analyst, designer, etc.) for hands-on work in their domain
