Your First Steps
Land on Home, say hello to Vibey, feed the Brain, and watch your first Space come to life. Five minutes from sign-in to working alongside your AI team.
Where You Land
When you sign in to Vibey, you land on Home. It is your daily landing page.
Home has four things:
| Section | What it does |
|---|---|
| Greeting + composer | Talk to Vibey. Anything you type creates a conversation in a Space. |
| Recent conversations | The last chats you had with any agent on your team. |
| Completed flows | Work that finished while you were away (Fathom-triggered tasks, scheduled runs, etc.). |
| Waiting on you | Items where the ball is in your court. Plan approvals, agent suggestions, subtasks needing review. |
| Agenda | Today's meetings from Google Calendar or Outlook. |
You will use Home every day to check what happened, see what needs you, and start new work.

The Quick Version
Here is the fastest path to seeing Vibey in action:
Talk to Vibey from Home
Type into the composer on Home: "Help me build a launch plan for [your offer]" or "Research the top 5 competitors in my space." Vibey routes the message to a Space and starts working.
Feed the Brain
Open the Brain from the sidebar. Drag in a few documents about your business: your offer, your audience notes, a meeting recording, your brand guidelines. The more the Brain knows, the better every agent performs.
Meet your team
Go to Team in the sidebar. You will already have Vibey (CEO), Atlas (Brain Scholar), and Jaime (HR). Open Jaime and tell her what other agents you need: "I need a copywriter who knows our wellness audience." She builds the agent.
Open a Space
Go to Spaces in the sidebar. Your Personal Space is already there. Open it. You will see your conversation with Vibey, plus any tasks, docs, or artifacts the agents created.
Send your first mission
Inside any conversation, ask Vibey to do something bigger: "Create a 5-email nurture sequence for our coaching program." Vibey plans the work, breaks it into subtasks, and delegates to the right specialists. Deliverables come back in the Docs view.
What to Try First
Not sure where to begin? Here are great first moves:
| If you want to... | Do this |
|---|---|
| Understand your audience | Open Home and type "Analyze my target audience for [your business]" |
| Get a landing page up | Type "Build a funnel for [your offer]" |
| Run competitor research | Type "Research the top 5 competitors in [your space] and compare them" |
| Build your AI team | Open Jaime on the Team page and describe the role you need |
| Capture a meeting | Connect Fathom or Fireflies in Settings, then auto-ingest will pull every recording into the Brain |
| Delegate a long task | Inside any Space, give Vibey a multi-step outcome and approve the plan |
| See what your team needs | Open Jaime and click Get Insights for a team gap analysis |
Two Things to Know Early
Feed the Brain
The Brain is what makes Vibey actually understand your business, not just give generic AI answers. Upload your offer, brand voice, customer notes, and meeting recordings. Five minutes of uploads compounds across every future task.
Build Your Skills
Skills are reusable instructions you build for your agents. How to write your posts, run your reports, format your deliverables. The first output is 70% right. Refine the skill, and it gets to 90%. Then it nails it every time.
What Happens If You Got Invited to an Org
If you arrived via an org invitation link (instead of signing up yourself), your onboarding is shorter. You skip personal account setup, your machine provisions inside the org, and you land directly on Home with the org context already loaded.
