Building a Funnel
Create landing pages that capture leads and drive conversions - published to your own domain.
What's a Funnel?
A funnel is one or more web pages designed to guide visitors toward a specific action: signing up, booking a call, registering for an event, or buying something. Vibey builds the pages, handles the design, and publishes them to your domain.
Funnel Types
| Type | Best for |
|---|---|
| Lead Magnet | Capturing emails in exchange for free content (guides, checklists, templates) |
| Call Booking | Scheduling sales calls or consultations |
| Webinar | Registering attendees for live or recorded webinars |
| VSL | Video sales letter with opt-in |
| Home Page | A branded home page for your business or campaign |
| Live Event | Registrations for in-person or virtual live events |
| Ecommerce Product | Product pages with purchase flow |
| Cart / Checkout | Shopping cart and checkout pages |
| Custom | Any page type that doesn't fit the others |
Building a Funnel
Tell Vibey what you need in Team chat:
- "Build a lead magnet funnel for my free guide"
- "Create a call booking page for my consulting business"
- "Build a home page for my brand"
- "Make a webinar registration funnel"
- "Create an ecommerce product page for our new course"
Vibey picks the right funnel type based on your goal, builds the pages, and applies your campaign's theme if one exists. If you've already built an offer, the funnel pulls copy from it automatically.
Lead Capture and Conversion
When someone fills out a form on your funnel, this is what happens:
- Their email (and any other fields) are captured as a lead tied to that funnel and campaign
- A contact is created (or updated if they already exist) with
source: funneland the funnel ID - They're added to contact memberships for both the funnel and the campaign
- If the campaign has an active email sequence, it triggers automatically
- UTM parameters are tracked (source, medium, campaign, content, ad set) for attribution
- If the visitor came from a Meta ad, the lead is linked to the specific ad campaign, ad set, and ad
Leads show up in your Contacts and in the campaign's Leads view with full source tracking.
Funnel Analytics
Every funnel tracks performance automatically. In Team chat's Dashboard tab (under Funnel view), you can see:
| Metric | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Visitors | Unique visitors to your funnel pages (by visitor hash) |
| Total Views | Total page views across all funnel pages |
| Leads | Number of form submissions |
| Conversion Rate | Leads divided by visitors |
| Daily Chart | Visitors and leads over time |
Page views are tracked per page with visitor fingerprinting, referrer, user agent, and full UTM data.
If you're running Meta ads to your funnel, the Ads view in the same Dashboard tab shows ad-attributed traffic: which ad campaigns are driving visitors, how many leads each ad generated, and cost per lead. See Analytics for the full metrics breakdown.
Publishing and Custom Domains
One click and your funnel is live. You can publish to:
- A generated Vibey URL
- Your own custom domain (set up in Workspace Settings → Domains)
Once a domain is connected, any funnel can be published to your branded URL.
Where Funnels Live
Every funnel is an artifact inside a campaign. You can find all your funnels in:
- The Artifacts tab in Team chat preview panel
- The Campaign Dashboard → Deliverables tab
Build your offer first, then your funnel. When a funnel is created after an offer exists, Vibey uses the power offer statement, buyer persona, and positioning to write landing page copy that actually converts.
