Analytics

What Vibey measures across your funnels, emails, and ads, and where to find it.

Where to Find Analytics

Campaign analytics live in Team chat's Dashboard tab in the preview panel. Switch between three views: Funnel, Email, and Ads.

Funnel Analytics

Tracked automatically for every published funnel.

MetricWhat it measures
VisitorsUnique visitors (fingerprinted by IP + user agent)
Total ViewsTotal page views across all funnel pages
LeadsForm submissions captured
Conversion RateLeads divided by visitors

The daily chart shows visitors and leads over time. Every page view records the referrer, user agent, and UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content, ad set) for attribution.

Email Analytics

Tracked via SendGrid webhooks for every email sent through your sequences.

MetricWhat it measures
SentTotal emails dispatched
DeliveredEmails that reached the inbox
OpenedEmails opened (tracked via pixel)
ClickedLinks clicked inside emails
BouncedEmails that bounced or failed delivery
Open RateOpened divided by delivered
Click RateClicked divided by delivered

The daily chart shows opens and clicks over time. Hard bounces and spam reports automatically add the address to your suppression list.

Ads Analytics

When Meta Ads are connected, Vibey pulls live performance data from Meta's reporting API.

MetricWhat it measures
SpendTotal ad spend
ImpressionsTimes your ad was shown
ReachUnique people who saw your ad
ClicksTotal clicks on your ad
CTRClick-through rate
CPCCost per click
CPMCost per 1,000 impressions
LeadsLead conversions attributed to the ad
ConversionsPurchase or other conversion events
RevenueRevenue from conversion events
ROASReturn on ad spend
Cost per ResultCost per lead or conversion

The Ads view also shows ad-attributed funnel traffic: how many visitors and leads each ad campaign generated, broken down by campaign with daily budget and lead count.

How It All Connects

The analytics chain works like this:

  1. A Meta ad drives traffic to your funnel (UTM parameters track which ad)
  2. The funnel records the page view with visitor fingerprint and UTM data
  3. A visitor fills out the form and becomes a lead, linked to the funnel, campaign, and originating ad
  4. A contact is created with source tracking
  5. An email sequence triggers and sends follow-ups
  6. Email events (delivered, opened, clicked) are tracked via SendGrid webhooks

Every step is measured. You can see the full picture from ad spend through to email engagement in the Dashboard tab.
