Billing and Credits
Credits, plans, auto-recharge, monthly caps, and how to manage your personal billing.

Credits
Vibey uses a credits-based system. Everything your agents do - missions, chat conversations, tool usage, media generation - consumes credits.
200 credits = $1
More complex tasks (Power models, multi-step missions, heavy tool use) consume more credits than simple ones.
What Costs Credits

Plans
Your billing page shows available plans:
- Basic - Starter credits and features
- Pro - Scaled credit allowances (configurable tiers from 8k to 110k credits)
- Ultra - Maximum allowance and features
- Enterprise - Custom pricing and at-cost credits
Switch between monthly and annual billing (annual saves 2 months). View, change, or cancel your plan from the Package tab.
Auto-Recharge
Set up auto-recharge so you never run out mid-task:
- Open Account Settings → Billing
- Click Auto Recharge
- Set your recharge amount and monthly cap
If Autopilot is running and credits hit zero, it pauses and your agents sit idle. Enable auto-recharge to keep operations running.
Usage Tracking
Open Account Settings → Usage to see:
- Credits remaining - Base allowance, rollover, and purchased credits with progress bars
- Recent activity - Every credit debit with action type, feature, and timestamp
- Monthly breakdown - Where credits are going
Invoices
The Invoices tab shows your past invoices. Click any invoice to view the full receipt. Access the Stripe billing portal to manage payment methods and download invoices.
Subscription Management
From the Package tab:
- See your current plan, status, and billing cycle
- View Agent Brain add-ons and monthly total
- Change plans, manage your subscription, or cancel
- See your next renewal date and credit allowance
