Installing Vibey Mini
Install the Vibey Mini Chrome extension, sign in with your Vibey account, and optionally enable session sharing so your agents can act on social platforms as you.
Prerequisites
- A Vibey account (sign in at the Vibey web app once before installing)
- Google Chrome or any Chromium-based browser (Brave, Edge, Arc)
Setup
Install from the Chrome Web Store
Click Add to Chrome on the Vibey Mini listing. Chrome installs the extension and adds a Vibey icon to your toolbar.
Pin the icon
Click the puzzle-piece icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin Vibey Mini so it's always visible. You'll use it often.
Open the sidebar
Click the Vibey icon. The sidebar opens on the right.
Sign in to Vibey
If you are not signed in yet, the sidebar prompts you to open the Vibey web app. Sign in there in the same Chrome profile. Vibey Mini picks up your session automatically.
Enable session sharing (optional)
A one-time screen asks if you want Vibey Mini to save your signed-in sessions for approved social platforms. Click Enable session saving to turn it on, or Not now to skip. You can enable it later from the Sessions tab.
Try it out
Open a page, click the icon, and say hi to your agent in the Chat tab. Or highlight a paragraph, right-click, and pick Send selection to your Brain.
The Vibey Icon
The extension icon gives you a quick status:

| No badge | No sessions saved yet |
| Green number | That many sessions are active and healthy |
| Red ! | At least one session is expiring soon. Refresh it by revisiting the site |
Signing In on a Different Browser Profile
Vibey Mini uses the same Chrome profile you are signed into Vibey on. If you switch profiles or log into a different Vibey account, open the sidebar. It will prompt you to re-authenticate.
Troubleshooting
"Sign in to Vibey" keeps appearing after I've signed in. Your Vibey web app cookie is on a different Chrome profile. Sign in on the same profile you use Vibey Mini in.
The Sessions tab stays empty after I visited Instagram. Make sure you enabled session sharing when the sidebar first opened. If you picked "Not now", go to the Sessions tab. It will walk you through enabling it.
I don't see the Missions tab updating. The extension refreshes on open. Switch to another tab in the sidebar and back, or click Refresh in Missions.
