Views

Every surface your team needs, already inside a Space. Tasks, contacts, media, funnels, emails, ads, analytics, presentations, social, and more.

What a View Is

A view is one way of looking at the work inside a Space. Tasks can be a list, a board, or a calendar. The same items can also show up grouped by status, by assignee, or by date.

Every Space has multiple views. You add the views you need, arrange them in the order that matches your workflow, and your team toggles between them in the view tab strip at the top of the Space.

The View Catalog

Spaces ship with the following view types. Pick the ones your team needs.

Adding a View

Click + View on the right side of the view tab strip. The Add panel groups views into:

  • Common the views most teams add first (List, Board, Calendar, Docs, Channels)
  • Artifacts the marketing artifact views
  • Reporting the analytics views
  • Research Instagram and TikTok research

Pick a view, give it a name and an icon, and it appears as a new tab.

Customizing a View

Every view has a Customize button in the toolbar. From there you can:

  • Edit the fields shown on cards (title, status, priority, dates, custom fields)
  • Change the statuses available (e.g. To Do → In Progress → In Review → Done)
  • Define custom fields (text, number, select, multi-select, checkbox, date, etc.)
  • Set the default group by dimension
  • Pick the default sort order
  • Tune view-specific options (Media: type filter, card size; Calendar: week start day; Kanban: column visibility)

Customizations are saved per view, not per user. Everyone in the Space sees the same view as you configured it.

The Same Items, Multiple Views

Every view in a Space reads from the same underlying items. If you create a task in the List view, it appears on the Kanban board the moment its status matches a column. If you change the due date on the calendar, the new date shows up in the List view.

This means you do not have to choose one layout. You add three: a list for daily detail, a board for weekly review, a calendar for scheduling.

Reordering and Pinning

Drag view tabs left or right to reorder them. The leftmost view is the default that opens when someone enters the Space.

Pin a view to keep it visible in the tab strip even when many other views are open and the strip fades at the edges.

Agents and Views

Agents see what you see. When a subtask is assigned to an agent and they update status, the change shows in every view immediately. Agents create artifacts (an offer, a funnel, a presentation), and the matching artifact view picks them up.

This is the point of Spaces: agents work in the same views as the humans, not in a separate "AI dashboard."

Templates

When you add a new view, you can start from a template (a pre-configured field set and status list for that view type) or from scratch. Templates are good starting points; you can customize after creation.
