The Home Page

Home is your daily landing page. One composer to start anything, plus everything you need to see at a glance: recent conversations, finished flows, items waiting on you, and your calendar.

What Home Is For

Home is the first thing you see every time you sign in. It is designed to answer four questions in five seconds:

  1. What do I want to start? (the composer)
  2. What did the team do recently? (recent conversations and completed flows)
  3. What is waiting for me? (waiting on you)
  4. What is on my calendar? (agenda)

If those four answers are all you need, you do not have to navigate anywhere else.

The Sections

Greeting and Composer

A personal greeting at the top: "Good morning, [your name]." Below it, the Vibey composer.

The composer is the universal entry point. Anything you type creates a conversation in a Space.

What happensWhen you do this
Opens a conversation in your Personal SpaceYou type a message without picking a destination
Opens a conversation in a specific SpaceYou pick a Space from the Send to picker before sending
Attaches files, links, or artifactsYou drop them into the composer before sending

Behind the scenes, the first time you send something from Home, a private Personal Space is created for you. Every future Home message lands there unless you pick another destination.

Recent Conversations

The last chats you had with any agent across any Space. Each row shows:

  • Agent avatar (with a tooltip showing the agent's name)
  • A preview of the last message
  • The Space or context the conversation lives in
  • The time it last updated

Click a row to jump straight into the conversation.

You can hide a conversation from the list with the eye icon. It stays in the underlying Space, just not on Home.

Completed flows

Flows that finished while you were away. Each row shows:

  • The flow name
  • The Space it ran in
  • When it completed
  • Whether it succeeded fully or only partially

Click a row to open the Space and see the result.

This is your "what got done while I was away" surface. If you had a Fathom call last night and an flow suggested follow-up tasks, this is where you see it.

Waiting on You

Items where the ball is in your court. Three kinds:

KindWhat it means
SuggestionsAn agent suggested something (a task, a follow-up). Accept it or dismiss it directly from the card.
Mission subtasksA subtask needs your review or input
Plan approvalsVibey planned a mission and is waiting for you to approve before agents start executing

Each row has the agent that produced it, a short title, and a one-click way to act on it.

The header has a filter to switch the scope: Personal only, Everything I can see, or one specific organization.

Agenda

Your calendar agenda for the day, pulled from Google Calendar or Outlook.

Each meeting shows the title, time, attendees, and a one-click Join button if there is a video URL. The first meeting expands automatically to show full details.

You can switch between Day, Week, and Month views.

If you have not connected a calendar yet, the empty state shows two buttons: Connect Google and Connect Outlook. Both link to the integrations panel.

How to Use Home Day-to-Day

A typical morning:

1

Read the greeting and glance at Agenda

See what is on your calendar. Decide which meetings will eat the day.

2

Check Waiting on You

Approve or dismiss any suggestions and plan approvals. This unblocks the team.

3

Read Completed flows

Catch up on what ran overnight. If a Fathom call generated tasks, accept the good ones.

4

Start your work in the composer

Type what you need into the composer. If you have a specific Space in mind, pick it from the Send to picker. Otherwise it goes into your Personal Space.

5

Pop over to Recent Conversations

Pick up any agent thread you left mid-flow yesterday.

The Personal Space

Home uses your Personal Space as the default destination. It is auto-created the first time you send something from Home with no Space picked.

Personal Space is private to you. Even in an organization, no one else sees what lives there.

You can find your Personal Space in the Spaces list. It behaves like any other Space: you can add views, docs, channels, and flows to it.

What Home Does Not Show

Home is intentionally focused. It does not show:

  • All your conversations (use the Team page)
  • All your Spaces (use the Spaces list)
  • The Brain (use the Brain page)
  • Mission Control style queues (Missions live inside Spaces now)

If you find yourself missing something from Home, the most likely answer is that it lives inside a specific Space and would be confusing on a cross-Space landing page.
