How to Hire

Jaime is the HR agent. She is the canonical way to build your team. You describe a role in plain English, she designs the agent (identity, role, brain, skills, tools, access), and creates it.

  1. Go to the Team page
  2. Open Jaime
  3. Describe what you need: "I need a copywriter who knows wellness language and writes for our coaching audience."
  4. Jaime proposes a role design. Approve, tweak, or push back.
  5. Jaime creates the agent

From the Library (Quick Hires)

If you want to skip the conversation and grab a pre-built archetype:

  1. Go to the Team page
  2. Click Hire to open the library
  3. Browse or filter by role
  4. Click an agent to see their profile
  5. Hire them. They are added to your team with starter skills already configured

Ask Vibey for Recommendations

On the Team page, open Vibey's chat and ask what team you need:

  • "What agents do I need to run a full content operation?"
  • "I am launching a new product. Who should I hire?"
  • "Analyze my campaigns and tell me where the gaps are in my team."

Vibey analyzes your campaigns, brain content, existing agents, and goals, then recommends which specialists you are missing.

HR Insights (Team Gap Analysis)

Open Jaime and click Get Insights to run an HR analysis of your current team. Jaime reviews your entire operation and produces:

  • Team gaps What is missing from your team, rated by severity (critical, high, medium) with evidence for why each gap matters
  • Team structure assessment A summary of your current team's strengths and areas for improvement
  • Cascade hire recommendations An ordered list of who to hire next and why, based on your campaigns, goals, and existing team composition

After the first hire, HR Insights updates to show the next recommended hire. This cascade means you always know who to bring on next.

HR Insights are saved to your workspace, so they persist between sessions. Run them again anytime your team or campaigns change.

Always-On System Agents

Three agents are present from day one:

  • Vibey (CEO) coordinates everything and plans missions
  • Atlas (Brain Scholar) maintains every brain
  • Jaime (HR) builds new agents and runs team gap analysis

See Named System Agents.

Mission-Driven Hiring

When Vibey plans a mission and realizes you are missing a specialist, she can route the gap to Jaime. Jaime proposes the missing agent as part of the plan. Approve the plan, and the agent is hired and assigned automatically.

After Hiring

Once hired, configure the agent's model, brain access, campaign assignments, and communication channels. Then train them with brain content and skills to match your standards.

See Configuring and Training Agents for the full setup guide.

Scaling Your Team

You can hire unlimited agents on all plans. Start with 1-2 agents for your most common tasks. Get them dialed in - skills refined, brain trained, output quality confirmed - before hiring more. A team of 3 well-trained agents outperforms a team of 10 untrained ones.

Before hiring, run Jaime's Get Insights for a cascade hire recommendation, or ask Vibey: "What team do I need for [your goal]?" Either gives you a specific recommendation based on your campaigns and what you are trying to accomplish.
